Memorial Day

Today is Memorial Day. Wooo! Every year my town has a parade on Memorial Day. I kind of feel bad every year because I don't like parades so I don't go to it. Especially now at my school since I'm in band. The band teacher tries to get as many kids as possible to join the marching band. I would, honestly I would, but I don't like going to parades so why should I participate in it? But the teacher always makes me feel bad, because she says the town likes seeing us kids going out and participating in the marching band or whatever. And I don't even go to the parade.
