Fainting

Today was your normal boring day. Well, it was until about 1:30. I was in science class. Our teacher was making us watch a movie. Not just any movie. A movie about the digestive system and the muscular system. Most people found it extremely disgusting. I mean it stuck a camera down someone's throat so you could see digestion in action. For the muscular part, you got to see the gory details of someone haveing nerve surgery so they could move the left arm again. Personally, I didn't think it was that gross. The surgery did have some gross stuff in it, but nothing that you don't see on the discovery medical channel. But all of a sudden, I'm feeling woozy. My vision is getting blurry. I go up to the teacher's desk to see if I can go to the nurse. I can't even walk straight. So he sits me down, and I partially pass out. I can hear everything just fine. Like my teacher yelling at me, "SARAH! SARAH WAKE UP!" Ok he wasn't yelling, but he was trying to get my attention. I couldn't pick up my head. I couldn't speak. I couldn't see anything well. And this lasted for what, a minute, maybe? And then I pick up my head, I'm talking, I'm feeling fine. But of course nobody believes me. I have to go in the wheel chair to the nurse's office. It's not like I can walk or anything. Sarcasm to the max. I protest all the way. We get to the office, and she takes my blood pressure and make me lie down. She had to call my mom who was in Boston and couldn't pick me up. So my friend's mom had to. I couldn't bike home, so we had to bring it to the car. Then I had to go see my doctor, who said it wasn't a big deal at all. Big fuss over nothing. It's not like I was crying wolf. Oh well. Maybe my science teacher will stop showing graphic movies. There's a plus.
