Beach
Today we took my nephew to the beach. We didn't bother going to the nice beach that's a couple towns away, we just went to the crappy polluted beach right here in town. We did a clown car thing because my dad actually joined us at the beach. I had to ride my bike there because there wasn't enough room in the car. But I guess I could've squeezed in with the beach toys in the back of the car. Anywayz, I rode my bike there and met the rest of my family at the beach. It was my nephew's first beach expierence. He'd never been to a beach in general let alone the ocean. His daddy took him down to the water because he's immobile so far. He was just sitting on the edge, perfectly content. Then his daddy carried him out farther. He enjoyed fine enough. He didn't like it when the waves splashed his face. On the sand he played with the beach toys his Grammie gave him. And an hour or two later, he was bored of the beach and we took him home. He's soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo cute!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nephew
My nephew came to visit for the week. He came today and he's soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo cute!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My mom gave him some beach toys that she wrapped in tissue paper. The tissue paper was almost as exciting as the toys. As one of my friends said, "Well of course it is. Is it a tissue or is it paper!?" But anywayz I'll keep you posted on the excitement. So far I'm depressed cause my nephew didn't have the time to try out the kiddie pool I cleaned for him. That took five whole minutes of hard labour!

Mansions
My friend and I went to visit a mansion today. One of those old mansions that was built one hundred years ago and nobody lives in it anymore. You just look at the house and the yard and feel really poor. But my friend and I decided to buy it. Where are we gonna get the money for that anyway? Hmmm. Donations are accepted!=D

Earings
All my life I'd been goin with the magnetic earing thing. Some kids get their ears pierced at 2 months. I think that's terrible personally. Don't pierce a two month old's ears!! One mother once said after I commented on the baby's earings, "She only cried for five minutes!" That's a good thing? Whatever. Magnetic earings. Much better than the clip on things. But you see a lot more clip ons than magnetic. But whatever, if you want fake earings, go with magnetic. They look real and everything. I went with the magnetic earing thing until today. I got my ears pierced today. I took one of my friends with me for moral support, went to the mall, picked out white gold studs, and got my ears pierced. I cried after, and yes I will admit that, I'm better than trying to hide it. Anyway I cried, and I think my mom was like AHHHH WHY'S SHE CRYING. My thought process was more like OMG I GOT MY EARS PIERCED!!!! WOOO!! PARTY!!! CHAMPAGNE AND COOKIES ON THE DOUBLE! Afterwards I told some friends, and one of my old friends was like OMG YOU FINALLY DID IT! My friends are awesome. :D
Braces
Yesturday I was supposed to get my braces off. But the orthodontist decided that I shouldn't because there is a tiny space between two teeth. Who cares? I just want the damn braces off! So another month.

Bear
Last night I had people over to play manhunt. Aaron brought over a pink bear that was really really creepy looking. So when my brother came outside to play manhunt with us, I asked him to get matches for us. And then we burned the bear. It was awesome. I got some pictures and some videos. Maybe I'll post them soon.....someone should remind me, I'll forget. Then we were actually playing manhunt which wasn't really manhunt when my brother was in the bushes he got sprayed by a skunk. If you or a sibling have ever expierenced this you know how bad it smells. It's smells like a skunk, but ten times worse!!!!!!!!

Blonde
I had a dumb blonde moment yesturday. Funny cuz I'm not even blonde. Dumb brunette? No brunettes are the smart ones....Sorry my blonde buds, I just don't like the bleach blonde look. UGLY!!!!! Anyway, we are getting our unfinished basement finished. Makes sense right? So the other day I had to vacum down there, and yesturday I had to pull out all the nails and staples and push pins out of the wall with a pair of pliers and a knife. I didn't really need the pliers but you know. Anyway, at first I didn't realize that the knife was a knife. I thought it was like a scraper thingy or something. But it was a knife. I found this out when I was trying to get a push pin out. The pin wouldn't come out so I put my hand around the blade and tried to get it out that way. I dropped the knife in a matter of seconds, because it was hurting my hand. And that was when I realized that it was a knife. Aren't I smart?
Music Freaks
Yesturday, I had nothing to do allllllllllllll day. So I had just started practicing violin. Doing three octave scales, warming up, you know, all yous music freaks. If you are a music freak such as myself, that means you play at least seven instruments, and if you broke your radio, and your mp3 player, and you couldn't get a new one, you'd basically go crazy!!! That seven instrument thing includes singing by the way. Anyway, I was doing the G major scale in front of my window as usual, when I was my boyfriend ride his bike by. He looked at my house, but kept riding. And then for the rest of the fifty minutes I was playing my violin, I couldn't concentrate, because I was thinking about him. It's all his fault!!!! Then while I was playing my piece, it's a gigue or something like that, it's fun to play though. Dynamics are important and ever since I started playing my piano back when I was five or six, I always had the tendency to play softly. I still do that. So my violin teacher wants me to work on playing loudly. So I was playing my piece, when I saw to guys walking down my street. They looked like they were in their thirties, but they turned and looked towards my window while I was playing. I was like ahhh they can hear me. I guess I was playing loud enough....lol.

French Toast
The last thing I did in Georgia was going to a bakery. We met my cousin there, and I ordered the french toast. They were pretty big slices, and there were four of them. My cousin said if I ate the whole thing, she would give me twenty bucks. I was like, oh, I'm so gonna finish this. And my mom's like, "NO!!! You shouldn't've done that!!! If she vomits on the plane I'm sending it to you!" My mom was thinking of past expeirences with my brothers and other cousins of mine. At some ice cream place if you bought 3 shakes, you got the fourth free. And these shakes were large. It didn't work for the smalls. So my cousin wanted that fourth shake. So he downed three shakes. What an idiot. Anyway, I ate 3 pieces of this french toast, and I just couldn't eat anymore. I really don't ahve a huge appetite, but you know. My cousin passed me 20 bucks under the table and said good effort. WOO!

Storm
Two nights ago, we had a bad storm and the power went out and the water main was damaged. Last night, we had a bad storm and some trees fell on the power line. Yup. We went out to dinner last night, and while we were at an Italian resturaunt that had terrible calizones, there was a really bad thunderstorm. The lights were going on and off, a lightpost outside was swinging around it was so windy. We got back at about nine last night. By that time the storm was over and the power was out. We wanted to report the power outage so we would have an estimation of when we would get our power back. But we couldn't figure out where my cousin, who owns the house and is now in England, gets his power from. We have one flashlight, so we took a second one from his police belt which was on top of the gun safe, and we are looking through his bills trying to figure out where the power comes from. We couldn't find any recent bill from this year, but we did find power bills from 2005, and a receipt from when he bought a bike back in 1993. It was on something outside though, so we called the place and the person said that it was going to be awhile because some trees had fallen on the power line. My other cousin wanted to go home after that, but first she had to take the 6 inches of water out of her jeep. When she got that out, she was driving down the street, and she called to tell us that there was a whole army of tree trucks and power trucks on the corner trying to fix the power. We got our power back at 11:30 last night.

Float
Today we went to the dock on the lake again as if nothing had ever gone wrong. Well, by that time almost everything was fixed. Although we still don't know what'd up with the buzzing lawn....ANYway, we had been at the lake for a few hours, that is my mom, aunt, and I, when my cousin came walking across the bridge. She brought another floatie so that I had one and she had one. We got in the water, and we're just lazily floating around when we decide to have a doggie padel race on the floats to the next dock. She beat me there, and she said that she deserved a cookie. So I said we have oreos that she could have, assuming our mothers hadn't eaten them all. I beat her back, and there was only one oreo left. Hehehe. It was tasty!=]
Water
After that storm last night, we didn't realize at first, but we had no running water. We all went down to the lake, except for my uncle who was working on some project in the garage. The plumber came as soon as he found out that we didn't have any water. So he got the water to run again and left. We had water, but it was black. Imagine that. Black water coming out of the faucet. But it was okay because we just had to let it run for a little bit. I don't know though...seems kind of frisky....
Power
Last night, that thunderstorm was worse than I thought it was. It was basically 4 small storms in one and it was pretty bad. I was talking to my boyfriend online and trying to comfort Levi and Kirby because they were both shaking when the power went out. The computer screen went black, and Kirby ran upstairs. Levi and I were on the couch, both of us shaking. I doubt I was helping Levi at all since I was shaking too. But I was scared. Mostly because the power went out, and I was stuck in a pitch black basement with a black lab, and my mom, aunt and uncle probably had no idea where any flashlights were. Luckily for us, my uncle for some strange reason had noticed where the flashlights were kept, so I wasn't in the dark basement for too long. Three hours later I woke to the sound of Levi barking, and Kirby, not to be outdone, was also barking. The electrician was outside working on getting us our power back. And sure enough, a few minutes later, there was three flashes of light, and then our power was back!! YAY!!!! This morning I took the dogs outside and the lawn was buzzing. I think it was the sprinkler system. It was really weird. My aunt and uncle and I took the dogs for a walk and passed a house with copper roofing. I wonder if lightning would hi that....

Thunderstorm
Ever since I was little I have always been afraid of loud noises. Thunderstorms, fireworks, gunshots, fire alarms, etc. My ears were super sensitive. I've gotten over most of them though. The thunderstorm I'm okay with, unless it's like directly overhead. The fireworks I love to look at so that's cool. The gunshots. Still not over that one. It's actually part of the reason why I don't like parades. The fire alarms. Now that I think about it, they aren't that loud. It used to be bad though, because at elementary school the principal used to tell the whole school that there would be a fire alarm that day and it wouldn't actually happen until the end of the day. I would be nervous about it all day. But now it's okay, because we have a lot of fire drills at school. That fear was also tied in with the fear of fire. I was never the pyromaniac my best friend is. But I've been in a burning building so it's all good. But right now, as we speak, or rather as I drone on and you pretend to read, there is a thunderstorm going on right here in Georgia. It's kind of far away right now. But two of the three dogs here are afraid of thunder. Especially Levi. Levi's a big dog but he's a wuss when it comes to loud noises. I was playing cards with my mom and aunt when it started to thunder. So Levi and Kirby both ran under the table. But now I'm in the cave. Both dogs followed me down here because it's like their safe spot, but they don't want to be here alone. Poor Levi is shaking!!
Scottish
As you know, at least you should if any of you actually read this, I am on vacation in Georgia with relatives. I was telling my aunt how we had a end of the year dance this year for just our grade. And she said, "Oh, the reminds me. I have a friend in Scotland who has a son that is your age. She sent me pictures of him in his kilt before his end of year dance. I was telling her about you and how maybe you two could get together." Hehehe. I told her that I already have a boyfriend, thanks. But she said that I just have to see the pictures of him because he is really cute. I was telling my boyfriend before I saw any pictures and his response was, "Oh no! Women always fall for the Scottish!!" I told him I wasn't interested in some guy I don't know. That was all in the past couple of days. Today I finally saw the pictures. And my aunt was right. He was hot all dressed up in his kilt. But I'm still not interested because I've only seen pictures and for all I know the guy could be a freakin asshole. I already know some guys like that.

Fireworks
Last night there were plenty of fireworks all over the place. Here we lit sparklers in the driveway. We could here the fireworks that were being lit down by the lake. We didn't go though, because Levi, one of the dogs, is extremely afraid of loud noises. So he was hiding out in the basement while we were watching the fireworks on tv. How sad is that?

Lake
"This is a nice way to spend the 4th of July.....and the 5th, the 6th, and the 7th." This is what I told my aunt as we were floating next to my cousin's dock in the lake by his house. We spent our day on the dock with long periods of time spent in the water, and short intervals spent on the dock. We got to the dock and took our noodles to float around very calmly. I was the only person there you could get away calling a kid, so there wasn't any games or a whole lot of splashing. Just very leisurely floating with a noodle. Then we would climb back on to the dock and sit in the sun for five or ten minutes. We didn't stay on the dock long because it is very hot out. It was a really calm day. Later though, we are going to go back down and shoot fireworks. Or maybe stay in the driveway and stick with the sparklers. I don't know yet.

Plane
So today we flew to Georgia to visit some relatives who are dogsitting for other relatives of mine. We were supposed to leave the capital city of my home state at 8:05. We didn't actually leave until a little after 11. The plane was having mechanical difficulties. They thought it wouldn't take long to fix so they had us wait on the plane for at least an hour. Then they canceled the flight and made the whole plane of people go all the way back to the ticket counter to rebook. Then a good hour later they said that the original plane was fixed and we could all go back on. But by that time there was no way we would make our connector flight so we had to book another one. So we get back on the plane and fly to North Carolina. Once we actually started it was alright, but the end was bad. I had only had raisins and a muffin all day, and at this point it was close to one. I started to feel faint as the plane was landing, and it wasn't helping that it was really bumpy on the way down. Like I was super pale and everything. But once we got on the ground and I ate I was feeling better.

Gaming Nerd
No, Matt, this isn't about you. Just throwing that out there. But the other day, I think it was Sunday....I don't know.....but my boyfriend came over. Before we watched America's Next Top Model (lol, we weren't really watching it, it was just on the tv) I kicked his ass at Burnout. Maybe he let me win...? But yesturday I was hanging out with two of my friends, and one of them plays video games like all the time. Matt it still isn't you. So he's like, I'm gonna kick your ass at Burnout. And I'm like Oh, your on!! And whaddya know! I kicked his ass. I came in like 1st and he came in like 6th. But then he beat me at Soul Caliber. Another good game. I beat him a couple times at that in the beginning, but it was mostly him winning. And Matt, I would like to see if I can beat you at Burnout....

C Is For Cookie
Yestuday my friend came over, and we didn't know what to do. I was tellin her about the brownies I made the other day, how they were the same kind as the brownie pie we made a couple weeks ago. So then we decided to make chocolate chip cookies. Delicious!! We had to go buy the chocolate chips though. Once we started baking, we realized the recipie made five dozen cookies. WHOOPS!
