Short Term Memory Loss

Maybe my mom's just getting older. Well duh, she is. But still. She's always forgoten things, but nothing like this. When she got home, she FORGOT to yell at me. She finally remembered like three hours later. Wow, Mom, wow. Anywayz, she was just mad because "I didn't tell her where I would be" and "I've never mentioned these people before." Well, Mom, I called at least five times before I actually talked to you, so you can't say I didn't try. And Mom, nothing says a child has to tell you everything. But I know you've heard of these people. I've hung out with them before! I don't really see what the big deal is anyway. It's not like I was jumping on a bus to hop the border.
