Nephew

My nephew left for home early this morning. I miss him :'((((...but his songs are still stuck in my head: HAPPY TAPPIN WITH ELMO!! Children's songs are very annoying.

Cookie Monster

Today we held my nephew's 1st birthday party. His birthday is in about a week. So celebrate it while he is here, and when he is back home. So he got a elmo cell phone, a chicken dance elmo, a sing along pop up thingy, spot goes to farm, touch and feel farm, little people farm, and building blocks. Do I see a theme? He also had cookies and cake for the first time in his life today. It was a cookie monster cake. He made a mess of himself. Cake all over his face and in his hair, EVERYWHERE!! It was pretty funny. =]

Webcam

My brother gave us a webcam for christmas last year. And we hook it up today....wowww. I'm talking to a friend on it right now...except she doesn't have a webcam....kinda weird actually. lol =]

Curious George

This mornin my nephew woke up early, so we decided to watch some tv. Curious George. yay...better than some of the other shows we watched. Little einstein's..*shudder*..we were helping leo save the unicorn *clapclap*. I think I'm scarred for life. Everytime I hear the 1812 overture that's what I'll think of...great. And then after breakfast we listened to sesame street music. THAT'S ELMO'S SONG!!!

Bonfiah

Went to the bonfire tonight. My brother drove me. yea rap! Hangin with friends, the usual. And then when my brother called to ask if I needed a ride home. I don't have a phone, so my best friend's sister called her, to tell her to tell me to call my brother. So then I needed to find a phone cuz my best friend wasted all her minutes on her ex...*coughmanwhorecough*... So then I stole someone else's phone. Quite literally. And then he wouldn't take it back, so I ran away...=] And then my brother's friends yelled at my brother cuz he was walking away from me. They were like "Go back and hold your sister's hand and help her into the car!" And I'm just standing like "uh no thanks. I'm good." It was weird. His friends are weird!! But I guess I can't complain lol.

Crawl

My nephew's visiting for Thanksgiving, and he's sooooo cute. He can crawl really fast! And when he first got here, he didn't recognize anyone, cuz short term memory loss cuz he's little, and he started to cry. And I was like awwwwww. But now it's like he's at home. Literally. His toys are EVERYWHERE!! This is gonna be fun!!

Hangover

Last night my neighbors took me to da city to see a concert their friend was in. It was soooo much fun. Especially since there friend was a hot british college kid. And he had a brother. hehehe..lol jk. Anywayz they were rlly rlly nice. Like honest to god, the nicest people I've ever met. The concert probably isn't one you would expect. Philharmonic concert. As in classical. To most people, it wouldn't seem to be the best way to spend your Saturday night, but it gets me connections with my violin so I'm happy. After the concert, we went around the corner to Uno's, and hung around there for HOURS. And I mean hours. We left at about 1 in the morning. I didn't get home until about 2 in the morning. Which is why I'm soo tired. I had to get up for church, cuz I told the choir I'd play violin for them. It was fun and all, but I have pretty bad headache now and waaay too much homework.

Today sux...I can't move my arm...I can't move my head much either.....arghhhh!!!

After my violin lesson, we stopped at a gas station, and this guy totally cut us off. We were like =O HOW RUDE!! And then when he left, I saw the license plate: JCLORD. THAT explains a lot. lol.

Running

Today I decided that I'm going to try and run on days I don't have gym. I usually try to make that into a habit, but it never lasts long. Except for one summer, I ran every day. I was very proud of myself. But let's see how long this one lasts. I think it'll be good and try to get rid of my asthma-like thing. It's not asthma, but I've been get of short of breath every time I try to do any type of excersizing...or play the flute for that matter.... That's been happening for two years now, ever since I got pnuemonia three times in a row. That was veryveryveryvery bad winter. lol.

Yesterday we got lots and lots of new music in ripyo. It was fun cuz we didn't play well at all, cuz we were sightreading. So every time we crashed and burned, I turned to Gwen, and went, "Epic FAIL!!" And then we'd laugh. Gooood times. Anywayz, one of the songs we got was the variation to appalacian springs or something. Second violins have 74 measures of rest. It's soooooo BORING!!! I swear it's following me, tho. My brother sang that for something...or at least I think he did, I don't know, if he did, that was a loooooooong time ago. And then in allstate, two years ago, we played that. And now in ripyo. And then today on the way to church, my mom was playing it in the car. And then Steve played it during communion. SKETCHY!!! Come on, what are the chances of that? Neither of them have ever done that before. I would know. lol

Back to the Begining

And I was so excited, cuz I thought I was done with depression. Only this time I actually have a reason to be depressed. Cept one of the reason's doesn't make sense...that one should make me mad or embaressed, but I don't know. It sure didn't make me happy. I don't really want to get into any of it, so yea. Don't give me a hard time.

Me

I just changed my profile picture to one of me. That was before I cut my hair and donated it to Beautiful Lengths. I cut it last spring. My hair's still short and such, but I miss my long hair. Funny cuz when I cut it, I was sick of it.

Jacket

I've had this jacket for what, a year? maybe? And today I broke the zipper. I can still zip it up...sometimes... I find it funny, but it's my only zip-up. And come on, nobody else I know has this jacket. Blues with stars and stripes. Very unique. Just like me LOL!!

Airhead

Today my friend had an airhead, so we were doing that thing where you shake it, and it all goes to one side of the wrapper. Her brother told her that the color would go to one side, but that didn't happen. It was pretty funny though. We were doing it all through math and history... I mean we were SOOO paying attention. ;)

Angel

Every time a bell wings, an angel gets its wings. I've watched that movie every Christmas for as long as I can remember. Kinda sad but hey, it has a good message to it. Even if it gets boring after the first few times.

Anyway, I just read a letter from my grandmother. She's losing her eyesight, but she's still trying everything to keep it. I'm proud of her. I hope when I'm her age, I still have her kind of spirit. And she listed all these foods that are good for your eyes. And yes, carrots was one.

And today, my friend actually got me a soda. I'm very proud of him. But now I have to get a penguin for him. He's jealous of Parker.

Concert

Today I had a ripyo concert. I have so many stories all of a sudden. Reperatory orchestra had to be there at about noon, but the actual concert didn't start until three. We had a rehearsal until one, and then two hours to do nothing. So in the beginning, there was a couple of u hanging around the piano, having a debate on who could play best. Nick so won. He could play Super Mario Bros. That's all he could play though.Ok, that was a lie. Filiz definitely won. She could actually play more than one song. She's really really good! I'm kind of jealous cuz I quit. Oh well. At this point I could probably teach myself to play anything on the piano. The problem is time. Someone slap me before I go on a rant about that. And we were also trying to remember how to play Heart and Soul. There are two songs everyone can play on a piano: Chopsticks and Heart and Soul. But none of us could remember how it goes. How sad is that?

And then we went outside, and got yelled at because "There's a performance going on, you have to be quiet." Isn't it obvious we know that? We're all dressed up.

And then we went back inside and there were these two guys. They had a Broadway book. I have the same exact one, it's awesome. Well, one guy was playing the piano, and the other guy was singing. They were good, and the guy who was singing was such a Broadway singer. So I took a video of him. I'm good at making it look like I'm not taping it. It's a talent. :)

And then there was an incident with the trombone player. I swear this kid looks exactly like this other kid I know, Jaime, who's really annoying. They look alike and act alike, I swear to god their twins. Anyway, this kid totally diserved what hit him...literally. There was a circle of kids playing spoons, cuz that's our tradition. And this trombone player is playing really loudly right next to them. Like ear-shattering loud. So they ask him to stop, but he keeps playing, so they try to stick jeans in the bell. And I guess the trombone hit him in the head or the neck or something, cuz he started bawling. I'm standing there, trying really hard to laugh, because Jaime would've had the same reaction.

And then five minutes before we are supposed to go on stage, like we are right next to the stage, far away from the practice room we were just in, some of my friends realized they couldn't find their music, so I had to run all the back and forth to get my music for them. I have pnuemonia induced asthma, so I couldn't breath as I walked on stage. There wasn't a chair for my seat either. I'm like "aww come on. First stand and this is what I get." I sorted it out, won a chair, and we played awesomely...that's a word right?

Parker (Continued)

All day my mom has been hiding Parker. It's like I'm five again. She used to do that with my other stuffed animals. But hey, it's a break from chores so I ain't complainin. But just now my I copied Parker, and then scanned the picture onto the computer. It's on my blog now, under the latest poll. It's not the best picture, but it's fun scanning 3-D things. And it would've taken me forever to get the pictures onto my camera, put the pictures on the computer downstairs, put the ones of Parker on a flash drive, and brought them to this computer. But that's Parker, hand-knitted by one of my friends. Red and white instead of black and white. You have to imagine the colors. You all have imaginations....RIGHT?

Parker

I just had a small birthday party gathering at the library. Perfect place for a party, don't you think? Instead of cake, jello. It's yummy, ok!?!?! And then my friend gave me Parker, the penguin. He's a knited penguin and he's red and he's very cute. Ya know, I'm gonna get a picture of him on the computer. Eventually. As soon as possible.

iPod

As you all know...or at least you should know, yesterday was my birthday, and I got the new iPod nano chromatic. Turns out this other kid I know, whose birthday was also yesterday, got the same exact gift. The only difference: his is red, and mine is green. And he didn't get a case along with it. Don't you just love irony?

Birthday

Today is my birthday. Yay me. And for all of you whose birthday isn't today, A VERY MERRY UNBIRTHDAY!! TOO YOOUUUU!!!! I swear that was the best part out of that whole movie. Yesterday I got my first birthday presents from one of my brothers. Howl's Moving Castle, and Ferris Bueller's Day Off. Both classics. SAVE FERRIS!! Goooood times, goooooooooood times. I also got two of the three things I wanted most. The two I happened to think I would most likely get. Coldplay's Viva la Vida cd, and the new iPod nano chromatic. So now I'm downloading iTunes, cuz the bean didn't come with that, and it's taking forEVA!! I'm gonna be here all night. And then tomorrow I'll be a zombie. But at least I'll have an iPod with music on it.

Nutella

I finally convinced my mom to buy nutella. yum. thats gonna be gone by tomorrow...hehehe.;)

Election Day

Today is election day in the USA. Obama or Mcain. I am not choosing sides on my blog, mostly cuz I don't want to get into politics on my blog. I'm not really into politics but I do pay enough attention. So today is election day, and tomorrow is my birthday!! So as I like to say, I get a whole day off from school just for me....and the president. lol.

Fall

This morning I totally forgot that it was daylight savings. You know, FALL BACK! So I was all like crap why isn't mom up yet? She needs to drive me somewhere really realy soon. And then when I went to go wake her up, I looked at her clock that said 8 instead of 9 and I remembered. I'm mad though cuz I could've slept in another hour, but instead I got all ready for nothing. Sad Sarah

Last night was pretty fun. Party!! woo. We played manhunt basically the whole time, and then when we stopped to play truth or dare it got really boring. Oh well. I'll live. :D

November

Last night was Halloween. I went to a party. It was pretty fun. Then we went trick or treating. You are never too old to trick or treat dammit! I got a fair amount of candy. I don't know exactly how much, I was too lazy to count. I was a witch, but nobody could tell because the hat was left at the party. That wasn't my fault *coughlukecough*. And now it's the next day, and it's November. My favorite month. 4 days!! YAY!!

This morning was "Bring a Friend Day" at Ripyo. I brought my tall friend. We had fun. She decided Nick wasn't THE Nick. Oh well. He's still hot. In other ripyo news, I got first stand!! I'm so happy I got that. I wanted it soo much and I worked really hard for it too. If I didn't get it I would've been so disappointed. The only sad thing is I'm second seat now instead of first so I have to turn pages. Wah. Hello Photo Copier. Very nice to meet you finally. ;)
